Age Limit for PMA Long Course

Here are the acceptability standard for joining the Pak Army 152 PMA Long Course, listed below:

• Intermediate or similar qualification (Age: 17-22 years with three months refreshment ).
• Graduates with four-year degree programs (Age: 17-24 years with no refreshment ).

• Pakistani national and established national of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan are acceptable to apply for the PMA Long Course.
• Only male applicants are acceptable.
• The minimum height required is five feet and four inches (162.5 cm), and weight must be compatible to body mass index.
• jobseeker who have join more than 55% marks in Intermediate (FA/FSC) or comparable are eligible.
• Graduates who have scored 60% marks or above, with at least 50% marks in FA/FSc, can also participate.
• Serving Army soldiers who have passed FA/FSC or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks can also apply.
• The candidate must be mentally and physically fit.
• The candidate must be medically fit.

How to Join PMA Long Course through Hope Certificate

Candidates who have passed FSC Part-1 and the latest secondary exams in 2022-2023-2024 may apply for a Hope authorization with a minimum score of 55%. This authorization must be provided by the head of the institute/college. However, jobseekers who score less than 55% on the FSC and less than A-C marks on the latest Level are not eligible for admission to the PMA course without their FSC, A-Level, and equal final record book.

Physical test

• Run: 1.6 Km in 8 Minutes, 3 Marks
• Pull Ups: 3 laps in 2 Minutes, 2 Marks
• Push Ups: 15 laps in 2 Minutes, 2 Marks
• Crunches: 20 laps in 2 Minutes, 2 Marks
• Ditch Crossing: 7.4 Feet, 1 Mark

Medical Test
